PMCC was engaged as the Client project manager and cost manager from project inception, overseeing procurement, contract formation, design stage, construction, and completion. This comprehensive approach ensured smooth coordination, efficient execution, and timely delivery, with PMCC serving as the main point of communication.

Despite the large variation incorporated to increase office capacity by 25%, the project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. This significant change required design brainstorming and the innovative revision of a car park level into an office. Our ability to swiftly adapt and execute changes without impacting timelines or budgets underscores our proficiency in project management.

With PMCC’s oversight, the client had full assurance that both costs and program targets would be met and that the high-quality standards were adhered to onsite. Our stringent quality checks and regular monitoring ensured that every aspect of the project aligned with the client’s requirements and expectations.

The successful execution and completion of the MBM Head Quarters & Training Center project further strengthened our relationship with Daimler Real Estate, leading to the award of twelve additional projects across the region.
