Project Due Diligence – Commercial and technical audit of companies who are involved in the project to find out if they are capable to deliver the project as per contract requirements.

Tenders and Contracts for Vendors – A project can have numerous vendors either for material supply or as sub-contractors for fabrication, logistic, civil, erection, mechanical & electrical, control, testing, commissioning, etc. These vendors need either general terms & conditions and a PO and or a specific contract with a BQ, tech spec, drawings etc. attached.
